Covid - 19 FAQ

Please find answers to common questions regarding the impact of Covid-19 on Fiesta 2020.

How will Fiesta be different in 2020?

Fiesta will be Reimagined for 2020.  Our beloved, historic festival will focus on staying together, while staying apart.

To protect audiences, dancers, musicians, volunteers and the community from the spread of COVID-19 and in response to guidance from elected and health officials, no Fiesta events will be held where large crowds could gather.

Putting the health and safety of the community first, the Old Spanish Days board of directors has made the decision to reimagine Fiesta for 2020 by holding many of its signature events online, on television or in ways that adhere to physical distancing practices, all while promoting and encouraging community-wide participation.

Will I get a refund for the Spirit of Fiesta Auditions?

Yes. We have informed the ticket vendor, Nightout, that the event has been canceled and they have initiated the process to refund your tickets.  You should see the refund on your credit card in 5-10 business days.  You will receive a refund of the full face value of your ticket(s). The service charge is part of the fee our ticket vendor charges and is non-refundable.

Is the Rodeo still happening?

No. The Rodeo is canceled.  For information about the Fiesta Stock Horse Show and Rodeo, please visit, email [email protected] or call, (805) 689-7791.
