Tim Taylor

A sixth-generation Santa Barbaran and former Old Spanish Days El Presidente (2008). He is currently an OSD Past Presidente Director. Mr. Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at California State University, Chico. Tim has been a top-producing mortgage loan officer for over 20 years. He has closed over $2 billion in loans and over 5,000 transactions in his career. Tim credits his success to his broad personal knowledge of mortgage products and the market conditions that affect them, but most importantly, his communication skills with every client and Realtor® involved in every transaction. Tim has consistently been ranked as one of the Top 100 volume loan officers in the country by Mortgage Executive Magazine.
