Josiah Jenkins served as El Presidente of Old Spanish Days in 2013 and currently serves as a Past Presidente Director. Since joining the board in the Rodeo committee in 1976, he has held numerous leadership roles, including Primer and Segundo Vice Presidente (2011 and 2012), secretary and treasurer (2008-2010), and has been the Old Spanish Days Rodeo secretary, treasurer, and committee chair since 1991. Josiah is a 5th generation Californian, born and raised in Santa Barbara, a graduate of Santa Barbara High. Josiah work retail with Jedlicka’s, a western wear and tack store started in 1932. Josiah owns horses. His activities include freight trains, grading and maintaining roads, performing prescribed burns, organizing various trail rides, and belonging to several riding organizations.
