Barbara Carroll served as the 2019 La Presidenta for Old Spanish Days, Inc. She has served on the OSD board since 2006, and as a volunteer since 1986. Barbara’s responsibilities on the board have included El Primer and El Segundo Vice Presidentes, El Teserero, El Secretario, and Vice Presidente of External Relations and Education. She has chaired Fiesta Pequeña, La Primavera, Parade Announcers, Merchandise, HR, Governance, Bylaws and Nominations Committees, and several others. Over the years she has also been actively involved in various OSD committees including Spirit of Fiesta Audition, Dignatarios, Horseman’s Rendezvous, La Recepcion del Presidente, the Costume Sale, and various Fiesta administrative committees.
